With a relentless curiosity and drive to change the status quo, Fiorinna has been working since she was 14.
Before studying Design at the University of Valparaíso in Chile, Fiorinna spent her teenage years in Utrecht, the Netherlands, where she studied Dutch at Internationale Schakelklassen Utrecht. After completing her design studies, she returned to Santiago and began her early career as an Art Director at Havas Media Chile. She later pivoted to agency and in-house design and ecommerce roles for clients and companies including Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de Uruguay, ADIDAS Y-3, Tarapacá Gran Reserva Chile, Jeep, Rockaxis, Vibram Five Fingers, Bon Charge, Laws of Simplicity Podcast based on the teachings of John Maeda.
In 2010, she joined the early team of Modernization and Electronic Government of Chile, where she independently developed their design, culture, and talent strategies. She later worked as a consultant and Principal Designer in different products, UX, UI, Branding and Information Architecture for clients such as Startup Chile, GAM (Gabriela Mistral Cultural Center), and Cadem, as part of their digital survey design program, where she stood out for her impressive versatility in designing infographics for the political landscape of that time.
In 2015, she faced the great challenge of redesigning the entire information architecture and digitizing the systems of the Santiago Stock Exchange for the mobile world. Alongside engineers, she was the only designer behind the modernization of an obsolete system.
Years later, she joined the Complex Engineering Systems team at the University of Chile (ISCI) to create various digital products that promote financial education in Chile.
That same year, she combined her passion for health, UX design, and branding to begin developing the digital team at uBiome—a modern scientific biotech company created to challenge a traditional industry and serve customers through quality, simplicity, and the integration of science, particularly microbiology. The company was based in San Francisco, with offices in Santiago de Chile.
Later, Fiorinna decided to leave Chile and move to Buenos Aires, where she began studying Biology while continuing to work as a designer. She later relocated to Riviera Maya, Mexico, where she pursued studies in Nutrition based on Functional Medicine in the United States, along with other holistic health practices such as meditation, yoga, and ayurveda.
In her spare time, Fiorinna dedicates herself to supporting other founders through Alquimia Journey: Awakening the Creator Within, her online coaching circle for female entrepreneurs—designed specifically for those building women-led startups.
From 2025 to the present, the launch of Fiorinna Wellness—her project rooted in Functional Nutrition and other holistic disciplines—has offered an exclusive continuous learning membership, providing members with carefully curated practices and professional protocols focused on key pillars of health such as: rest hygiene and deep repair, hormonal health and balance, nutrient density, metabolic flexibility, hydration, digestive health, optimized keto-adaptation, biotype-tailored fasting, and conscious rest, among others.
Everything that flows from within holds true power. Is a space to return to yourself, nourish, and express your truth.
